Yeah, kinda not happy with that. I also wish people would distinguish people from Russia, and Russian government. All the negativity after the news about the Boeing towards people of Russian nationality really puts your mood into the ground, just saying

Indeed. I am aware of means of propaganda on both sides of internet warfare. I hope people will one day realise that most of things we hear on the news and stuff is being manipulated by our governments(

Yeah i did, on most severs i play as DragovichJohn, that nickname is more known for Foxtrot players, and as a referee you can ask Glow or Puden (if their voice counts). I am mostly a trans pilot, and would love to be an Spc in Fox.

The thing is, after past elections, Putins party is again a dominant power in our government, not a single thing by other parties would be able to pass( i mean laws and stuff). What it all means is that our government is run by a single party and every law they want can be passed. It is scary, very scary. Normal citizens can't do a thing now (they can try, but i don't think anyone would). It is like USSR government vise all over again

What are the major differences between the current government and the government of the USSR?
I'd be surprised if they were directly comparable in all cases, due to the different ways they came into existence.

I would say that the problem and similarities here lay in there total control of creating and passing of laws. Loads of very stupid laws are implemented like recent banning of everyones favorite porn site and now they are trying to pass a law that will make people responsible for pirating content from different websites and people who do will face fines and even jail. I mean the problem for me as a citizen is that there is no point of having a democratic government that is ruled fully by a single party.
