    PRTA Recruitment: Community Department Assistant
    Dear Community,
    We are looking for people to help us in the community department. Specifically blue-tags that can help us get new clans into PRTA and generally staying in touch with the units and various requests made on our website.


    Community Department Assistant

    What does the role entail:
    The role tasked with adding users through the Xenforo ACP, Teamspeak and Discord admin roles.
    They are also tasked with sending PMs to new unit leaders and managing unit and member applications in our member application forums.

    Role description
    Role title: Community Dept. Assistant
    Reports to: Head of Community
    Responsible for: Helps onboard and off-board units, contacts new potential units and sort out general community requests in PRTA.
    Purpose of post: To help to keep tabs on current PRTA members, units and recruiting new PRTA units and ensuring the community is looked after.
    Contacts (who will they deal with): Units, Members, Management.
    Additional duties: Assisting in monitoring of the community activity and needs.

    Person specification:
    Minimum Qualities needed to perform the task:
    • Outgoing personality
    • Dedication
    • Level-headed attitude
    Competency Framework:
    Work-related skills and knowledge which is necessary:
    • Ability to use forums and edit "BB" code.
    • Knowledge of Teamspeak
    • Discord Administration
    • Xenforo ACP

    Staff Recruitment!

    We are planning multiple recruitment sprees in the future. With the amount of work we would like to accomplish, we will seek out the following positions during 2020:

    Blue Tags
    Technical Department - / Operations Team
    Events Department - / Events Team
    Communications Department - / Communications Team

    Red Tags

    Squad Admin Team - / Squad Resident Admin
    Media Team - / Content Creator / Editor

    There are other teams that also will require more staff members, this is just a short collection of the positions we are seeking people for.

    A new team will most likely also be established in the community department. Namely, the liaison team, which will be responsible for looking into potential units and members that could join us.

    If this interest you, stay tuned for an announcement regarding these teams, we will be recruiting for specific roles initially to manage training more easily.

    1 Man Units?!
    Another concept the community department will be responsible for is a new potential way of managing units. We will approach individuals who seem to have a good amount of time and ability to manage their own unit. We can provide them with follow-ups, suggestions, and perks to get their clan started on the PRTA platform.
