Galactic Conquest! __________________ PRTA Presents: Galactic Conquest | 11:00 PRT, Saturday 8th December 2018 Time/Date: 11:00 PRT, Saturday 8th December 2018 Server Password: TBA Time frame: All day Where to meet: ts.prta.co - Stellaris Channel Who will rule galaxy? We are thrilled to announce PRTA's first organized Stellaris Multiplayer game! Our goal for this playthrough is to have a PVP based game where player decisions and actions reshape the boundaries of the galaxy. The game will start at 2200 and progress with modified options and limits to ensure fairness and balance, if you wish to see those look below. If you are interested, please show up 30 minutes prior to start on the day scheduled to create your empire. A huge thank you goes to Gigahorizon for being our host for this session. Rules This will be an all day thing, if you cannot attend the entire day, you will be forfeiting your empire to the AI/future players upon leaving. Game will run at fastest speed for a while to cut down the time during the early years of just exploring systems, 10-20 years. After that it runs at fast speed. Tech cost 0.75 to decrease time to get technologies. Xenophobe empires are banned from any interaction with player/AI empires that are of different race/government forms. Midgame starts at 2250 and endgame at 2300. Hyperlanes x1 and default galaxy shape. No genocidal Empires, reason being is that they get the total war option as a wargoal from the start (Driven Assimilators even can join any federation and then the whole federation gets to wage total war without a colossus). Off limits empire types: Driven Assimilators Determined Exterminators Fanatical Purifiers. No player wars until 2230. Federations will be limited to 2-3 players per to avoid any "Cold War" scenarios (amount will be determined by player count). In wars, defending parties must accept the wargoal demands if the attacker holds their wargoals for over 2 years. (This avoids stupid border gore what usually comes with doing status quo.) When Colossus planet destroyers are in the game, empires are free to kill off any empires they want with the total war casus belli. In wars, you cannot capitulate a player fully unless they have less than 10 systems or hold less than 3 planets. Feedback Feedback after the event would be much appreciated.
