We are thrilled to announce PRTA's first ever Hearts of Iron IV Multiplayer game! Our goal for this play through is to provide a historically accurate multiplayer game of HOI4, where player decisions can change the outcome of the war. The game will be on rails for first couple of years to ensure we achieve the historical setup, please read the rules section for more information. If your are interested, please post your top three nations you would like to play as a comment and show up on the day scheduled! We would like to give a huge thank you at Gigahorizon for being our host for this session. Rules Historical Majors and Factions, Italy should join axis and so on. Major players MUST have at least 200 hours in game. All majors must be selected before minors are chosen, and should stick to their historical ideologies. Minors cannot guarantee independence of other countries. No unwanted boosting to players/AI nations. No Coups - PERIOD. No player made wars before Germany starts the war against Poland. Exceptions to this rule is, National focuses, Japan invading china, Lessons of war, US annexing Venezuela early if there is no USSR player. France/Britain cannot enforce the Rhineland and cannot deny the Munich Conference. Volunteers can only be sent to civil wars. Japan should join Axis after the war with China. USA cannot join WW2 until December 1941, unless there is no Soviet player. Treaty with the USSR must be accepted by Soviets Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact must be signed and followed through. Germany has to attack Poland before 1939 ends, Allies need to guarantee independence of Poland before the war. Spain can join Axis after USA and Soviets are in war with them Axis and Comintern have to start the war in between 1941 and the start of 1942. If faction member winds up in a war, you have to join the war no exceptions during a single month, also puppets must be called into the wars you are in. Less than 12 Width units banned, some starter units allowed up to player's discretion. You cannot mix tanks with leg infantry battalion artillery and anti-tank units. No Space Marines (Special forces, artillery and tank destroyers in a single division). Strategic Bombers are banned. Excessive game laggers have to fix their connection or the final option is to leave the game. You can ask to pause the game if you really have to do something IRL. Act in a mature way. Microphones and push to talk are required in TS. Each faction will have their own TS channel, once you join that faction you CANNOT join the Neutral/opposing factions channel. Soviets may reside in the Allies channel.
