Members, what we expect from them.
Get on teamspeak have fun. Stop being a bitch.

Leaders, what we expect from them.
Get others on teamspeak, give them fun.
Get others on the PRTA gaming server, give them fun.
If you wish to contribute outside that, then awesome. If not shut up.

Managers, what we expect from them.
Make mistakes. Fix them.
Blame wicca.
Ensure everything works.
Help people.

Units
All units are self reliant, self run and self governd enteties. The clans rank structure and organization is in no way bonded with PRTA. They use our teamspeak, and we play and talk togheter alot thats it.

Seeding
We are a community. different in many ways. But still, we are A group of likeminded individuals. We have servers where we play games on. The only game we actually share is PR. And we dont even seed ours, even if we are the biggest in PR.

Not showing what we are. What we are made of.
International community. Skilled. Talented. And extremely numerous.

We have the power to be up every day.

So all of you PR loving people, lets seed our server. And have some fun on it.

Have seeding channel on PRTA. If you get up early before the rest of your unit or mates go sit in this channel and start to seed. If other people do the same they join the channel and slowly the seeding builds up. Plus, you can make new friends this wayJ.

Future
We want to really make an impact on PR. And to do that, we need a strategy. I need all
members and leaders. To help recruit people, to this teamspeak. To our units, and to make units.

Lobbying, the best idea since philrow. We need to get other clans to join us too.

And if any of you want to start a project, training, media, server, event. simply do it. and ask for resources. We have shit tonns.

Thats it our future.

Try and recruit NA server admins and have the server running 24-7.

We will also now, and forever into the future regard and monitor all PRTA member activity on other servers. Giving out infractions, warnings, bans and kicks to any misbehaviour however small and insignificant. Will be punished.

Note note
Any unit who wants a minecraft server, or similar group. Simply say so. We can host it. and you can work on that.
