    Hey guys, we're running the mapevent at this very moment and a lot of you guys have a lot of feedback on a lot of maps. Please post it up here so the 3. Mapper can see it and act on this feedback for a next testing session!
    Just to give you an idea on the feedback points:

    State the map:
    - What did you like about it?
    - Is it balanced
    - What needs to be changed
    - What did you absolutely love!
    - What did you absolutely hate/dislike
    - General performance

    Please get this to all the people who played so we can have proper feedback and the mappers can make this right or respond on the feedback given.

    Once again a huge thank you for all the guys that helped organizing, we'll be running another day tomorrow and another session next weekend. See you on the battlefield

    Assault on Grozny
    - What did you like about it? : Map is unique, great city fighting really an original PR map.
    - Is it balanced: Russians should have less firepower.
    - What needs to be changed: Like above, Russians need way less firepower, scratch the t90 since they already have a BMP that is a lot of firepower. There is no need for a t90 which makes the Russians a bit to powerfull.
    - What did you absolutely love!: The city fighting.
    - What did you absolutely hate/dislike: Power of russians in way of armour, also there's quite a few of houses that you can enter by walking through it, some of them you need to jump to get through the door (I will post pics soon).
    - General performance: Way better, got 60FPS in full fighting in city, while last test I had 20... Great increase. Think there's still some shit that could be worked on though.

    Borovsko Bridge:
    - What did you like about it? Let me say once again, this map is absolutely gorgeous, it feels great to walk through the map is made very well (the village/the bridges and the water between) it just feels really well done.
    - Is it balanced: There's IMO a good balance beteween Militia and Russia
    - What needs to be changed: I think I'm to biased on this map, like I said it feels like a map that's ready to go.
    - What did you absolutely love! The Flaglayout and overal fighting areas in the maps are just really well done, for example the 2nd bridge next to the main bridge. Or the pension flag and the village itself. Well done
    - What did you absolutely hate/dislike Nothing I can think of.
    - General performance: Good performance all over the map.

    Assault on Grozny (best of all test maps!)
    PROs: Very good city map with much better FPS than last time. Flag layout was also good.
    CONs: Too many assets and imbalance. Change it to RUS: 1 BMP2M, 1 BMP2, 1BTR80A, 1 BTR80 ; MIL: 1 Tank, 2 BMP1, Techies


    Borovsko Bridge:
    PROs: nice map, good fps

    CONs: RUS too OP because much better assets, can deploy with choppers, a lot of open places on the map
    Also the flags inside the city are too close to each other. There should be some flags in the forest.


    Temelin:
    PROs: good seeding map, good atmosphere
    CONs: too many flags without a logical order make it feel vanilla


    Op Dragon:
    PROs: -
    CONs: view range way too high, needs more islands, islands too open (more trees bushes!)

    Adak is extremely good. There is a lot of detail, good variation, many interesting areas and good performance. We're going to need to start using it in far more events.

    Very unique map and good atmosphere.
    - Is it balanced? Not sure yet.
    - What needs to be changed? Less flags and layout to be more in a a straight line or logical order as fecht said.
    - What did you absolutely love! Atmosphere of the map and no scopes.
    - What did you absolutely hate/dislike? Too many flags and the order of the flags.
    - General performance? Had about 15-25 fps on my shitty laptop so about the same as Grozny. Can perhaps be optimized a bit.

    Dragon Orchard:
    - What did you like about it? NVA faction
    - Is it balanced? Not sure
    - What needs to be changed? Bigger Islands and less water between them.
    - What did you absolutely love! NVA faction
    - What did you absolutely hate/dislike: Size of the Islands
    - General performance? Good.

    Adak:
    - What did you like about it?
    Great map love the environment.
    - Is it balanced? Not sure(perhaps a change in flag layout is all that's needed)
    - What needs to be changed? Flag layout. I think it would be better to have have 1-2 flags in the beginning. It takes a really long time to cap all 3 which makes it a bit boring after a while.
    - What did you absolutely love! The environment
    - What did you absolutely hate/dislike? The three flags in the beginning.
    - General performance? Good

    Yeah I noticed that aswell. Will remove the T-90 or switch it to a BTR.
    Do you mean the small blue houses?I only know about the fked roof on those.
    Any suggestions?

    It are the blue houses. You also had to jump over a invisible step when you need to get in. And at some places you could walk through the wall but I didn't experience that.

    Not sure.

    - What needs to be changed?
    I'm afraid, you can't beat Op. Bobcat. My solution is -
    1) Switch factions to ARF vs. modern Bluefor (France would work, with helicopters and VABs only).
    2) Make it look like east-africa-somalia-something, this includes changing sky settings, reworking OG and terrain textures (less green, more sand).
    3) Lower the water level, so you can walk between islands.
    4) Add more static. staticobjects\pr\village\vh would work quite well, also add some ships, just like on steel viper.

    - What did you absolutely love!
    Hescos and concrete bunkers placement on missile silo.

    - What did you absolutely hate/dislike:
    Tiny amount of space for helicopters.

    - General performance?
    Good.

    Assault on Grozny:

    - What did you like about it?
    FPS changes.

    - Is it balanced?
    With different type of ru-faction (opticless) - yes.

    - What needs to be changed?
    Don't remove tank, change it to T-72 without respawn. I want to make green camo for it :rolleyes: Also, road signs, probably.

    - What did you absolutely love!
    Amount of detail.

    - What did you absolutely hate/dislike:
    Minimap needs some photoshop.

    - General performance?
    Fine.

    - What did you like about it?
    Great ambiance, the feel to this map is amasing.

    - Is it balanced
    Mostly. If the ruins flag is captured by russians, chechens have really hard time getting towards the building, becouse of open area and russian scopes.

    - What needs to be changed
    Hard to tell becouse of skirmish

    - What did you absolutely love!
    Detail.

    - What did you absolutely hate/dislike

    - General performance
    Runs smoothly.

    PS. There's an invisible door, which you can't get through, but you can see the interior. Green house, with stairs inside, western side of the city, south east from the first russian flag (skirmish layout; forgot the name).
