    10 maps to choose from.
Each "team" chooses a map to ban from the list repeatedly until only 2 maps are left.
Map 1 gets played with Team A as blufor and Team B as opfor (do cointoss to decide what side)
Only 35 tickets so rounds are fairly short. When first round on Map 1 is done, have 15 minute break and then switch sides playing same map again.
Then the week after (battles are done in weekends) the same shit again but on Map 2.

    Score system:
2 points for winning a single round.
1 point for having the highest team KD. This will counter any unnecesary respawn tactics and favor gameplay.

    Map 1
Team A wins first round, gets 2 points.
Team B gets highest KD, 1 point.
Team B wins second round and gets highest KD, 3 points
    etc. etc.

    Simplify.
OP picks one map for all teams to play on both sides based on best balance. Dont give room for bullshitery and claims on inbalance.

    Point system works fine tho

So what kind of ranking would people prefer?
    • skill-based, approximating the real skill level of each team (i.e. trueskill)
    • abstract point based (something like -1 for a loss, 0 for a draw, +1 for a win)
    • ladder (teams may swap places depending on the outcome of a match)
    • ticket based (the more tickets you win by, the higher your score)

E: the skill-based approach also trivially allows for larger coalitions to fight each other
