if it is something serious then maybe a warning, not a big deal, though, unless they continue to whine about it
An enemy vehicle runs you over, clearly breaking PRTA’s policy on road killing, how would you respond?:
what was he supposed to do, stop, jump out and get killed? pfft, let it slide and give a warning /kick if they keep doing it
A player is reported to be hacking. How would you respond?:
tracker, demo file and a whole lot of time, or a well constructed report with all the necessary information
Although the rules say 'Any person suspected of cheating may be removed from the server until the incident can be further investigated.' I wouldn't be hasty to do that in some circumstances where it isn't totally clear.

4.4.8. --Do not claim Heavy Assets and then not use them. UNLESS IT IS REASONABLE
- example, if you can not get to the fight, because bridges are blown or some other reason
also, sometimes it is just smarter not to use the heavy asset, before X
- example: grozny militia tank; if you think you won't be able to deal with RUS tank, then keep the tank in main until enemy tank is down
