    Hardcore Teamwork Nights!

    New addition to the PRTA's One-Life events is HT Nights! Reminiscent of the good old days of PR, the pace is slower and the action further apart, putting continuous action on the backseat and bringing forth a strategic and tactical gameplay. A perfect way to play a vast array of maps for the whole evening with the emotional rollercoaster PR can be and not being confined to just one round per event.

    Rules

    The gameplay is a stricter type of vanilla PR. Respawntimes increased and penalised for deaths, ammount of FOBs reduced to 2, crates worth half the default value, RPs disabled and capping times doubled are some of the main tweaks done to the events. This will slow the gameplay down in hopes of bridging the gap between vanilla PR and One-Life events.

    Although the event does not feature sign-ups of any kind, chain of command is to be respected at all times. If there is a CO present, squad leaders must act out his orders unless specified otherwise - Same goes for squad members. Any insubordination is a kickable offense.

    There are no other rules (except standard PRTA Server Rules), so the outcome is completely in the hands of the team.

    yeah man, but one thing.. slower gameplay, tickets gets loosed quickly, which means we need more tickets, but good job and keep it up, you should read this Arnoldio

    If the tickets are the same and the ticketloss is the same, but everything is less frequent, that means that tickets will decrease at a lower rate because everything will happen less often and therefore the rounds will be longer.

    sorry for misexplanning, what I mean, is that everything is going in a slow rate, except the ticketloss is still the same, and everything that gets destroyed such as assets have more impact on tickets.

    Assets that get destroyed are the only ticket loss that will happen at the normal rate since those still spawn at the normal rate unless I misunderstood.

    Ticket loss caused by dying should be slowed considerably since respawn times are increased so it will take longer for you to get back. Having no rally points should in theory mean you don’t get to wipe the same squad more than once in a short time. Having only two fobs probably means they will be used more conservatively meaning it takes you longer to get back to the frontlines. Considering all the previous points most people playing will take more caution in their actions because the penalty off dying is greater.

    Capping flags is doubled every flag you lose does cost 30 tickets that is the biggest swing in tickets you can get the manual says its 3 tanks not sure if those numbers are still accurate.

    Which means that overall the ticket loss is reduced quite a lot you do have a point that losing assets will have a bigger impact then before if they indeed do spawn normally. In the team tactics that is very much a double edged sword you could be really aggressive and take out the enemy assets but if you fail that’s a big hit. You could also be very conservative so you don’t lose those precious tickets I am not sure how it will play out.

    I am totally baffled, Woxbel is pretty much right tho.

    BECAUSE PEOPLE WILL DIE LESS OFTEN AND SO WILL PROBABLY ASSETS, THE TICKETS WILL GO DOWN SLOWER, RESULTING IN LONGER ROUNDS.

    There is nothing to understand or complicate about it. Besides, there will be no change in tickets.
