So i just wanted to have a discussion about current situation in airlsoft world. I am not gonna speak about kids and stuff. The current situation in airsoft as a whole is as follows: companies produce loads of guns, shops by loads of guns that none buys, shops lose money. As you can see, most of shops have their own fields or organize events to stay afloat. What do you think about it. Will airsoft stay as popular and become even more popular, or it will fade away. I personally played a few huge events in Russia, we have this "Сутки на броне" event with loads of tanks, btrs and stuff. All that is provided by Russian military. All that makes it very popular (vehicles and airsoft field) and thats why previous event counted around 3000+ people. But what is situation in your countries and fields? lets discuss

Very bad situation over here. Our shops are not being closed. But airsoft is rather not supported. Its just here. And we are waiting until they forbid us the last thing we like.
    What gun do you have?

Paintball > Airsoft imo. Hurts more when you're hit, easier to see if someone's hit. The weapons may look less realistic, (you can get realistic looking ones too but they're pricey and due to their 30 rounds per clip etc. they're quite bad vs. 200 bullets containers). In my experience Paintball is a lot more fun, having played both Airsoft and Paintball while growing up

Paintball is incredibly inaccurate though. You can literally shoot hundreds of balls and nothing hits.

Airsoft damm ridiculous, do it with real guns!
Anyway crysis hit hard, and people reduce to minimum priorities so its only airsoft suffering it, also all the other sports that require money on the equiment, like all the bussiness, but should be allright now that economic situation its getting better all over.

Airsoft here in slovenia is dead. 10+ years ago there were clubs.
