    Role title: Games Dept. Head
    Reports to: Lead Manager (Chav)
    Responsible for: Competitive game servers & events.
    Purpose of post: To ensure high-quality gameplay, populated servers & regular events.
    Contacts (who will they deal with): Managers, lead admins, senior admins, admins, other staff in various roles.
    Major duties:
    • Maintain gameplay quality.
    • Ensure servers are populated.
    • Ensure fair, effective & transparent administration.
    • Arrange for regular events to happen.
