    Role description
    Role title: Events
    Reports to: Head of PRTA (Sloan)
    Responsible for: Events organization & coordination - Squad.
    Purpose of post: To regularly run events on PRTA servers.
    Contacts (who will they deal with): Community members, testers, admins, media & comms staff, ops staff.
    Major duties: Ensure that events have sufficient planning, testing and advertisement in order to regularly happen with no major problems.

    Person specification:
    Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Qualities needed to perform the task:
    • Ability to persistently follow up on tasks until they are completed.
    • Basic understanding of project planning.
    • Ability to estimate time requirements.
    • Understanding of task dependencies.
    • Understanding of critical path.
    • Kanban; lean manufacturing.
    • Soft skills; ability to communicate with the community effectively.
