    Role description
    Role title: Community Dept. Head
    Reports to: Head of PRTA (Chav)
    Responsible for: Communicating with internal PRTA units. Recruiting new units into PRTA. Keeping track of the quality and quantitiy of services offered to units.
    Purpose of post: To recruit a person responsible for leading Community Dept.
    Contacts (who will they deal with): Any Manager/Blue-tag that is necessary to achieve the set goals.
    Major duties: Units are the core of PRTA. Without units, Teamwork Alliance would lose its meaning. Units withing PRTA are privileged to use services offered by PRTA. Community Dept. makes sure that the quality and quantity of these services respresent the wants/needs of PRTA units. However, this Dept. is not run by itself, but it needs a leader. For this purpose, there is a Community Dept. Head.
